This apartment has everything you could possibly need on holiday. It is in a great location near everywhere in Sliema.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Lovely large bedrooms, 1 with en-suite and another with a very large bathroom. The Kitchen has everything and more.

Ruth and Jason collected us from the airport and even supplied a welcome pack and nothing was too much trouble.

The pictures really don't do justice to this fabulous apartment - you really need to see it for yourself, and we can't wait for our next visit to Malta

A really really fantastic place to stay - we didn't want to leave :(

I have just returned from a short break in Malta - with my elderly mother -who was excited but apprehensive too - as it was her first visit to the island at the age of 88 and having mobility issues. I choose Jason and Ruth's apartment as it looked so lovely on the internet, with excellent reviews, the added bonus of a car parking space a few floors below, convenient for restaurants and shopping in Sliema - and perfect for visiting my old friend Ashley, who has a very popular holistic clinic in the same street - and both my mother and myself wanted to have treatments while we were there. Jason and Ruth have travelled extensively and used that knowledge to thoughtfully provide excellent amenities in a beautifully and tastefully furnished apartment - spacious, bright and sunny with very comfortable bedding ( often holiday's can be ruined by sagging mattress's and lumpy pillows ) .Having the apartment was so much better than staying in a hotel -we could come and go as we wanted , eat when we wanted -so relaxing and comfortable. We were very grateful that we had arranged for Jason and Ruth to collect us from the airport and take us back as then we didn't have to worry about trying to drop off a hire car - but I did appreciate Jason's recommendation of a car hire company as having a car for our few days enabled me to show more of Malta to my Mum as well as visit friends. Sometimes websites don't always reflect the true state of apartments or hotels - photo's taken in the past -and then you arrive to see ' wear and tear ' etc - but Jason and Ruth's apartment is even better than you see. I would be very happy to recommend this lovely apartment to friend's and family -and I 'd be very happy to stay again if there is a vacancy in the future. I have never given an online review before but as this was such a lovely apartment, and Ruth and Jason so caring and friendly , I'm happy to make an exception !

I normally stay in hotels but if all rental properties and owners were like these I never would again. When I arrived at the airport the owner was already there waiting to transfer me to the apartment, a process that took about 30 minutes, including a thoughtful orientation tour of the immediate area. On arrival I found the property as bright, clean and well furnished as advertised.

The packs of provisions I had ordered were there, so there was no immediate need to worry about a food shop, in any case there is a brand new shopping mall within a 5 minute walk which includes a supermarket and an M & S Food outlet, as well as cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The owners have obviously put thought and care into the designing and equipping of the property with everything needed for self catering including I was pleased to notice an expresso machine and a selection of condiments in one of the cupboards. There are tour guides and numerous 'things to do' brochures/leaflets.

I cannot praise the owners enough from their help with deciding which packs would be most suitable for a sole traveller to advice on what to do. In addition prior to my arrival I had mentioned in an email that I like to be out walking and within minutes I received a reply including a list of suggested walks, a number of which I have already enjoyed and hope to complete the list in my final week.

One final thing which illustrates the care and attention of the owners is that for the first two days after my arrival it was extremely windy and the terrace became covered in a fine film of dust, I mentioned this in an email and within hours the whole of the terrace including all the furniture and been thoroughly washed. Bearing in mind the problem was outside the control of the owners, the work was all carried out on a Sunday and my offer of payment was refused!! Wonderful!!

The appartment spacious, light and very comfortable, fully equipped - near sea, boulevard, shopping centre, and the ferry to Valletta.

Do use the transfer they offer!, it is luxury.

We were thrilled staying here.

Firstly, it was great to meet the owners ( Jason & Ruth ) of this beautiful property. They decorated the apartment to give us the feeling of Christmas. A welcome pack was left for us, which made it easy on us to get started.

Siamo stati in questo eccellente appartamento nel mese di Novembre e' tutto come descritto : nuovissimo confortevole e soprattutto pulito pulito pulito ... e' situato in un posto strategico per le fermate dei vari bus e vicinissimo al lungo mare di Sliema. Ringraziamo i proprietari che sono stati gentili e disponibilissimi in tutto . Per chi come noi vuole visitare tutta Malta in pochi giorni consigliamo di usufruire delle guide che sono ben attrezzate e molto professionali , si spende un po' di piu' , ( dal fai da te ) ma ne vale la pena .

The apartment was just as good as the photos on the website, which was a nice surprise. It was very clean and tidy and everything was there that we needed. We felt at home straight away. Ruth and Jason were friendly and helpful, and clearly care about their guests. We found the location very convenient. We have stayed in a good hotel in Sliema before, but this apartment was so much better and meant we had a relaxing holiday. We've already booked again for next summer!

After staying for a few days in an apartment on the lower floor of the building for more money and being so very unsatisfied, we left and stayed at this apartment. The true rating is 5++++

The landlords make sure that you have absolutely everything you need (laundry detergent, manuals, kitchen utensils etc. etc.) Ruth and her husband Jason are the most down to earth and helpful people we have ever met. If you need their assistance, they will show up in an instant to help you. We have a beautiful and clean house in Canada but it was so nice to feel at home in a place so clean that you can eat on the floor.

Congratulations Ruth and Jason for owning such a luxurious place. Soooo beautifully decorated. Minutes away from the promenade and shops.

When we go back, there is no doubt in our minds that this apartment will be the one we choose to stay in.

By the way, what you see on line is not what you get in most cases. The other apartment was filty dirty, no drinking glasses, dirty linen, wet towels hung up, garbage left over and the list goes on and on.

the title says it all. Ruth Pace was a wonderful owner to deal with. She showed us the way to the complex, No fuss, was kind enough to lend us a GPS as ours did not have any maps of Malta roads. The apartment is clean, fully stocked with everything you need, even a welcome set of snacks , drinks; ample coffee & tea. Modern appliances (washing machine, kitchen appliances etc). Located close to Tigne Point shopping centre with a supermarket (closes at 7pm) also close to the waterfront (Tower Rd) and the main street in Sliema (ferry pier) Not noisy (compared to Paceville), lovely pool, Highly recommended.

stayed here for a week with my wife and elderly parents from the time we walked out of the airport to be greeted by Jason the owner we felt we could relax.The apartment is fantastic very modern,clean and well equipped in fact our every need seemed to be taken care of. The only downside is the apartments one bedroom faces a road which creates traffic noise and the maltese do seem to like their car horns. That said the seafront was only a 5 minute walk as was the supermarket and shopping complex.Everything Jason and Ruth state is in the apartment is their truly a superb apartment.

This apartment is brand new and being kept to an extremely high standard. It contains absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need during your stay. The owners obviously care about their guests and do everything in their power to ensure they have an enjoyable stay.

If you are coming to Malta I recommend you stay in this apartment, it is perfectly placed for quick access to all tourist high spots and local amenities, but is quiet and has a lovely ambiance (and access to a brilliant swimming pool). You will not find a better or more convenient place to stay than this one.

We stayed from the 2nd to 12 th August and we found this apartment very well situated. The shopping centre was a 3 min walk and the pool was about a minute walk. The area was peaceful.

The apartment was beautifully decorated to a very high standard. There was everything you could think of hence home from home!

All in all this holiday was one that we won't forget and we will be sure to recommend the apartment to friends and family.

We spent 8 nights there. The flat is confortable and we felt at ease inside it. Thanks for the welcoming local food basket. We appreciated the little things like laundry soap, bin bags, tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, guide books. These are little things but very useful when you arrive and that you don't need that often but you are happy when you find them.

The flat is clean clear and cosy and looks like the one on the photograps on internet. Everything works and it is idealy situated. Everywhere is at a walking distance maximum 5 mn. We would recommand with no hesitation.

A lovely apartment, really bright and sunny and very well equipped.

Fantastic location with everything on your doorstep.

Our hosts were most welcoming and even put up an Christmas tree for us.

Siamo appena rientrati da un soggiorno di tre settimane presso il bellissimo appartamento di Ruth e Jason. L'appartamento è semplicemente meraviglioso: molto spazioso (due camere da letto, due bagni e un salone con cucina), nuovissimo e ci è stato consegnato pulito in maniera impeccabile. Inoltre, viaggiando con una bimba di 18 mesi ci è stato fornito un lettino con le sponde e un seggiolone. La Signora Ruth, che ci è venuta a prendere all'aereoporto (e ci ha riaccompagnato) ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio e ci ha anche fatto fare un giro nei dintorni per farci prendere confidenza con il luogo.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottimale: 100 mt dal più grande centro commerciale di Malta, 150 mt dalla bellissima passeggiata, 200 mt dalle vie principali di Sliema , 250 mt dalla partenza dei traghetti.

We were met by the friendly owner who gave us information about nearby amenities. This was an excellent apartment. Extremely spacious, clean and well equipped with a lovely balcony. Great location - just a few minutes walk to ferry, seafront, buses, restaurants and big shopping centre.

We stayed here for 6 weeks plus and found our stay here very enjoyable. After a long day out exploring Malta, it was always a pleasure to come home to the quiet and serenity that this apartment offers. A must in the Malta summer heat is air-conditioning which this apartment offered. There is a split system in each bedroom plus in the living and kitchen areas and was truly liked by us all, to cool down and relax.

This apartment is great for adult couples, as it has 2 queen size beds, or for families, as there was plenty of space for every one including an infant cot & 2 bath rooms!

The owners of this apartment are very helpful and friendly. Not only when we arrived to Malta but even prior to making a booking and when asking questions about their apartment and Malta in general; communication and enquires were completed efficiently and quickly. It was a real pleasure to deal with them both.

Not only is this apartment clean and tidy but it has every thing you will possibly need for a short or long term stay. As for our longer term stay we used the washing machine and ironing facilities plenty of times, especially after a day at the beach. The children loved the LCD TV and free WIFI offered which included 'you tube' & 'Skype'. The DVD's provided in the apartment were great and kept the children amused, so did the free 'Foxtel' pay TV channels. As a mum, I loved the well equipped kitchen which included a microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee machine!

Every thing in this apartment was carefully thought of…including spare bed sheets, beach towels to use while on holidays, pots/pans, wine glasses, all kitchen utensils & cutlery, BBQ & BBQ utensils' and all cleaning products like hand soaps, dish washing powder and detergents, toilet cleaners etc. A first aid kit was also provided which thankfully we did not need to use. The telephone was handy and local calls were included with the apartment along with an under ground car park for our car rental. This was greatly appreciated and a must for popular Sliema. The owners truly took into account what a holiday maker needs... Even a welcome food pack was provided on arrival- so grateful after a 28 hour long flight!

This was the most beautiful, well decorated and fully functional apartment ever. There is nothing that you miss from home when staying there. The location was the best as you don't need a car to go anywhere. It is within walking distance to the loveliest part of the island of Malta. Mr. & Mrs. Pace are very articulate, helpful and lovely people to deal with and no questions are left unanswered. Without a doubt, we will stay in their great apartment again.

this appartment was a haven of tranqility in a very busy area , there was a lot of building work being done around but when this is finished it will be perfect, the owners where very thoughfull and proveded for every need

Although Malata was our city break for the 10 days we stayed th appertment ws the peace we needed and i would recomend this to anybody

This is a brand new property that has been very tastefully furnished. it has all the 'mod cons' including an espresso machine!. A blue ray player and large flat screen kept the teenager quiet. Good wifi as well. A very short walk takes you to the shopping mall that has a good supermarket. Everything is very convenient. Thank you Ruth.
